We didn't start the fire,
but something did! It is a mess down here in San Diego. We are about 5 miles from the mass evacuations. Our area hasn't been evacuated, but we are packed and ready to go should we need to. There are 9 (that's right 9) fires in San Diego. We might have to self evacuate so we can start to breathe a little better. A couple of Paul's employees and a good friend of mine have been evacuated already. Crazy what can happen in the space of 24 hours!

Catching Up
October? Is it really almost the end of October? It has been a crazy month. We started off by going to Utah for Scott Brady's wedding. We spent a quick weekend meeting up with friends and family and have been going ever since. Evan is getting HUGE! I can't believe he is already 7 months. He is scooting all around the house. He has discovered freedom and he loves it! Paul was vacuuming the house and Evan was following him from room to room. We just think he is soooo.. cute!
Like father, like son. Paul and Evan catching a Sunday nap.

How cute are they?

I know, I know! It has been WAY too long since I have posted. I have soo... much to catch up on. There is Paul's trip to Havasupai, my most recent trip to Utah, I finally finished Evan's room, and we took our first camping trip to Carlsbad beach. So many things....so many technical problems with my computer! When all is resolved I promise to catch up. Hopefully this will keep everyone happy and yearning for more!

Lake Tahoe 2007
It's that time of year again! Time for the Christensen clan to descend upon scenic Lake Tahoe. We had a great time in Lake Tahoe this year. All of Paul's siblings were able to come, so it was indeed a reunion. It was a week of little sleep, lots of laughs, full of kids, and a whole host of stories were born. Ask me sometime and I'll fill you in. It's choas when they all get together, but it's a lot of fun!
Not a flattering picture, but the only one I have of us on the lake.
This isn't Tahoe, but look how cute my kid is!
Paul's sister Sarah got married on our trip. It was a really nice event- good timing because not only was the whole Christensen clan there- but so was most of the extended family. I'm hiding behind Ole- not on purpose, but it's nice to know that someone has a bigger head than me!
Self Portrait!
Evan found his toes!
Evan didn't really like the cold Lake Tahoe experience, but he LOVED the hot tub!
Wyoming Trip
We took a little family trip to Sheridan, Wyoming in June. There's not much there, but when Rodeo comes to town- the locals come out! We had a blast going to the parade, eating fattenin foods, watching the rodeo, going to the street dance and hangin' with the fam.
Anywhere there is a swing- there is a happy baby!
This is always a scary prospect! Riley is holding her favorite cousin.
